Working here is going to be challenging and demanding, but it will also be creative and collaborative.  As Marketing Assistant you are going to be rolling up your sleeves on occasion, but you will also need to be able to bring new ideas and thinking.  You absolutely will not be bored here, ever!

Person specification

You will need to be an all-rounder with experience of running fully integrated campaigns across several channels. You will be able to display enthusiasm, creativity, resourcefulness with a meticulous eye for detail – perhaps with a qualification in marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Work under the direction of the wider marketing team to help reach the company's marketing goals and objectives
  • Delivery and input into the optimisation roadmap
  • Day to day management of performance marketing campaigns
  • PPC
  • Display
  • Social acquisition (not organic)
  • Delivering campaigns autonomously or as part of an integrated approach across marketing
  • Research market trends, demographics, pricing strategies, and other relevant information to help develop marketing plans
  • Ownership of weekly/monthly and adhoc reporting
  • Help maintain excellent client relationships, across external agencies and PCW

About you

  • Interest/passion for Marketing
  • Degree/Marketing qualification and/or 1-3 years relevant marketing experience
  • Confident
  • Quick learner
  • Organised and happy to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic
  • Strong working knowledge of MS office programme, in particular Excel
  • Understanding of GA, Data Studio, AdWords and Decibel would be beneficial

This is a the perfect opportunity for someone already working in marketing and keen to step up.  You will need to be a self-starter, ready with ideas and coming from a broad marketing background.
