STEP Academy Trust is an exciting, dynamic place to work that can offer great opportunities to the right candidate.   We are looking to appoint a Communications and Fundraising Manager, initially based in one of Croydon academies.

You will be responsible for all aspects of communication, internally and externally and identified streams across the Trust.

The successful candidate must:

  • Believe in the mission, vision and values of STEP Academy Trust;
  • Have a Degree level qualification, in communication/marketing/media;
  • Have considerable demonstrable experience in communications;
  • Have extensive of fundraising and soliciting donations and grants;
  • Be able to manage multiple work streams independently;
  • Be able to work successfully as a team player, establishing effective working relationships.
