Communications Manager

In-house Communications Manager for an international, purposeful digital transformation organisation.  As Marketing / Communications Manager they are looking for a Communications Manager who wants an in-house marketing / communications role in a purposeful, fast moving, well established global provider of technology digital analytics and transformation, with long standing and loyal clients.  As Communications Manager, you will be part of a genuinely fun, supportive, friendly, and innovative team.

About Communications Manager Role:

The responsibilities of the Communications Manager within this global provider of technology digital analytics and transformation, will be to:

  • Shape strategy and identify target audiences
  • Develop communication and engagement plans
  • Manage execution of marketing communications programmes from start to finish
  • Drive collaboration from across technical, delivery and business support teams
  • Analyse customer insights, trends, market analysis, and marketing communications best practices
  • Create and maintain engagement analytics across multiple digital platforms
  • Extracting key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies
  • Help design, test and evolve engagement nurturing tactics.
  • Advise and guide development of communications tools

The Ideal Communications Manager:

This role could suit someone who is currently a Communications / PR / Marketing Manager.  To be successful as Communications Manager, your qualities will be

  • Marketing Communications experience (ideally in a B2B setting)
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • An engaging and outgoing personality
  • A true love for communication and desire to be part of a fast moving and growing business
  • Educated to degree level
  • Proactive and collaborative in working style
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent command of English including ability to draft a range of business communications materials
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing and social engagement techniques.
