Exceptional Project Manager required for a highly creative and integrated comms agency delivering positive change!   Salary: £32,000 – £37,999 p/a. 37.5 hours a week with flexible working hours   Term: 10-month FTC.  37.5 hours a week – will consider candidates also on a 30 hour a week contract, salary details provided are for full time so would be pro rata   Our client has recently won some amazing new accounts including Disney+, Amazon, an automotive brand, and a restaurant brand, to name a few!    Our client currently operates a 2:3 model; office two days a week and remote working three days a week.   The Team Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team, delivering stand-out, award-winning campaigns which earn attention for their clients.   They believe in the power of communications to create positive change in the world. Minimising the climate impacts of food waste, encouraging young people to consider careers in STEM subjects and improving the nation’s financial wellbeing are just some of the issues their current campaigns are helping tackle.   The Role This candidate will report into the Associate Director and will be responsible for project management of production, including on location shoots, for one of their main clients. This candidate will be part of a bigger account team working across paid, owned and earned media channels to deliver against campaign objectives.   Main Responsibilities
    Project Management – The candidate will take ownership of shoot organisation and admin to ensure projects run smoothly. They will have a firm understanding of project financials and timings, owning the project timeline and flagging issues before they arise to keep delivery on track. Client Management – They will lead on day-to-day communications with clients in relation to this element of the account, pre-empting and managing their needs in a timely manner to allow them to do their job to the best of their ability. Shoot Planning – They will take ownership of planning a series of on-location shoots across England throughout the year. They will work with the rest of the account team, client team, production partners and stakeholders to plan and deliver the shoots, developing briefing documents, timing plans and call sheets and securing permissions, working collaboratively with the production partner. Production Management – They will liaise closely with the production partner to ensure the content captured and resulting output is on brief and is delivered on time and to a high standard, securing client feedback and approvals throughout the process.
  The successful candidate:
    Will have outstanding organisation skills with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders Is a self-starter who is always on the front foot with team and client actions Is a confident communicator with excellent team-work skills Will have a keen eye for detail, creative flair and experience in managing shoots Will have the ability to make presence felt and add value to client meetings Is able to build client and stakeholder trust quickly Ideally have trained or have a qualification in project management (E.g. PRINCE2)
