Account Manager – B2B Tech

Award Winning PR & Communication Firm – London

Competitive Salary

Are you a geek chic B2B Account Manager (or SAE) with a love for all things Tech?! If so, read on!

You would be supporting our account managers to manage exciting clients ranging from global engineering brands, to niche start-ups working on brand tech for the medical industry.

The Role

  • You will be at the centre of the PR client account team. By forming strong relationships with clients and your colleagues, you will support clients in meeting their key business strategies. You will contribute to the development of their PR campaigns and be active in managing and reporting on their successful completion.
  • Clients will look to you for guidance, management, and insights with regard to public relations, social media, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Additionally, you will be expected to mentor and develop others across the Account Exec team.

The Person

  • Firstly, you’re someone who understands the PR and Communications industry; with 3+ years' experience of in-house or agency B2B PR in relevant sectors.
  • You’re a project manager, problem solver, marketeer, multitasker, writer, editor, mentor, and organiser. You love engaging with people and you showcase empathy whether they’re a client with a challenge at 4pm on a Friday, a journalist looking for stats on a deadline, or a colleague who is a bit down at 9am on a wet Monday morning!
  • Above all, you’re someone who wants to make a difference!

The Package

  • We offer competitive industry salaries and for this role
  • Our benefits package is generous, offering 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, time off over Christmas, a contributory pension scheme, snap bonuses, recruitment bonuses and new business bonuses, enhanced training and in-office snacks, fruit, amazing coffee, and regular socials.
  • We are also trialling a flexi-working structure following the Covid crisis, so you won’t need to be in the office five days a week.

The Vibe

  • We have fantastic offices in Reading and permanent access to multiple office suites in London and Europe. Our founders and directors are well known in the industry, and we have a wide range of talent and experience across the company, from first-jobbers through to industry veterans. The vibe is very much supportive, innovative, hard-working, and fun, with employees saying they feel heard, that they make a difference, that they feel supported and happy.
  • If you are a self-starter, are brimming full of ideas and are keen to offer clients the best service you can, you would fit in well with the  team!

Contact me immediately if you or someone you know is suitable for this role!
