Account Manager – Built Environment

Excellent position at an award-winning specialist communications consultancy dedicated to delivering strategic advice and results for clients in property and built environment sectors.

Seeking an ambitious and capable Account Manager to support multiple aspects of the business including client service delivery, new business and profile raising.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Driving high standards for clients across teams and enabling skills development of team members.

Responsible for managing a client portfolio with a month to quarter-to-quarter perspective – delivering successful campaigns; ensuring quality control and high standards; managing junior colleagues; ensuring client satisfaction and delivering strong client retention.

Provide strategic communications and public consultation advice to clients on a variety of development projects.

Responsibility for the day-to-day running of multiple client accounts.

The right applicants will have a good understanding of local government, property and/or planning and also value the opportunity to build long lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
