We are recruiting across several open positions due to high growth and are looking for a skilled Account Director or Senior Account Director with experience working in the field of integrated healthcare communications to work across an exciting portfolio of pharmaceutical clients. We also welcome applications from less experienced individuals.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working within a fast-paced global communications agency, with a flair for delivering game-changing healthcare communications.
What you’ll do:
Client Management - Overall management and proactive development of a portfolio of accounts, through building strong client relationships, and implementing a client development plan. It is about helping to achieve the Client Team goal of ‘building strong, strategic partnerships with our clients and beyond’, and staying true to our overall agency mission to ‘make it matter’.
Programme direction – As an integrated agency, our programmes will vary depending on the client brief and the M+M team structure for each account. You’ll be responsible for coordinating projects across earned (media and influencer relations), paid (advertising, paid publisher, or influencer partnerships), and owned (digital properties, social media communities, event hosting) integrated communications programmes. Experience in global PR and creative branded/unbranded campaigns in health is welcomed.
Account Team Leadership – Inspiring excellence across internal teams, instilling project ownership and ensuring slick management of accounts. Driving high standards of quality in written and visual communication.
Business Development – A proactive growth mindset to seek out and act on opportunities within your existing client base and supporting the Business Development team in identifying new clients. Supporting in new business proposals will also be part of the role from time-to-time.
Financial / KPI Accountability – Ongoing management of client financial accounts, including fee and expense tracking and optimising client health KPIs.
