We are currently seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to lead and manage the communications activity of the Trust by delivering our vision on education through the creation of coordinated external and internal communication strategies and campaigns.

You will actively engage, communicate and influence local, regional, and national opinion formers and stakeholders by setting the highest professional standards of all communication activity.

Whilst developing strong working relationships with the Trust Executive Board, Directorate and Senior Management teams, you will also provide your strong professional advice to help promote Trust reputation and brand.

This is an exciting new role for the Trust so you will have the opportunity to shape and develop the role going forward.

The base location will be at the Meridian Trust HQ in Sawtry.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • a good educational background with evidence of CPD
  • confidence in writing, drafting and editing copy for websites, publications and marketing collateral
  • experience in creating, managing and delivering a communications campaign plan
  • excellent interpersonal skills to effectively influence
  • a diplomatic, resilient approach in challenging situations
