We are a fast-growing, innovative, strategic communications agency working with international clients.

Set up in 2018, we specialise in turning our clients’ business and regulatory challenges into issues of Public Relevance™ to effect change. We use a host of proprietary tools that allows us to properly understand what the public think,

We are looking for a full-time account manager to be part of the client account team and to input and participate into strategic development of both existing and new business. We look at PR and communications holistically, going far beyond just media relations and press coverage.

The work will be varied, from project management, setting up and running kick-off meetings, providing written thoughts to shape and create presentations through to leading specific strands of communications work (on and offline). We hope the successful candidate will be able to bring additional skills that can help a small, agile and ambitious team deliver even better results.

As the point person for various projects, the primary focus of this role is to make a strong contribution to our business and support the team with client and project management, day to day delivery, and overseeing the workstreams working into their account director. Duties include:

  • Communications/PR/Digital agency experience essential as we need someone really buttoned down, used to managing international clients and building client relationships
  • Digital experience a major plus, as most of our work includes digital thinking and activation, both for our clients as well as ourselves.
  • Be able to simplify, distil and articulate complex problems with clarity

You’ll have incredible opportunities to learn and grow - both through internally- and externally-led training. You’ll be a trusted source of consultative guidance for your clients. But don’t worry – while you’ll have a lot of autonomy, you’ll also have the full support and guidance of senior team members when you want or need it.

You’ll be part of a smart, ambitious, entrepreneurial team that is driven to make real strategic and commercial impact for clients above and beyond what they expect of communications. We work hard, but we make time to reflect, celebrate successes, and socialise as a team as well. We’re pragmatic and flexible. Healthy work/life balance is supported with a range of great benefits, from personal healthcare to working from home.
