Fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Communications Director to joing a FTSE 100 business in the Travel/Hospitality sector. This is a 6 month FTC and you must be able to start by the end of September.
You will protect and enhance the reputation of the business, by delivering a comprehensive external corporate communications strategy, whilst championing a high-quality, collaborative and fully integrated working approach.
You will have strong line management experience leading and developing a team of 2 Communications Managers and agency management.
Responsible for a fully integrated external communications strategy and implementation including financial calendar, PLC communications, responsible business communications, media relations, PR, corporate reputation (building, enhancing and protecting), corporate social media and executive profiling.
Proven external corporate communications experience is required.
Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to influence and be a trusted advisor to senior leaders. Adept at executive profiling and media training as required.
Experience working in a PLC and Global/International environment for a consumer facing brand is highly desirable. Travel/Hospitality experience is not required.
