Managing Director
Leading Consumer Lifestyle PR Firm
London
Are you an entrepreneurial Managing Director or highly experienced Director looking for more independence and creative control at a top Consumer Lifestyle PR Firm? If so, read on!
You'll have the opportunity to lead a sharp team of 35 passionate consultants across a diverse consumer portfolio of iconic brands across Food & Drink, Travel & Tourism, Bars & Restaurants and Lifestyle.
***Outstanding benefits, bonus, and EMI Share Option Scheme***
The firm is shifting towards working with big brands in the food, drink and hospitality space and pushing more into the campaigns space (and away from day to day press office).
DIGITAL INTEGRATION HIGHLY PREFERABLE!
The next MD will ideally bring strong 360 campaigns experience (award winning even better) bringing in expertise around using data and insights to support planning, strategy and strong creativity (these tools can be bought in). Confidence around business development and setting up a proactive pipeline (budget for software and people available) to support strong growth targets is key.
People management and senior team leadership is a vital part of the role - especially in this current climate of much movement of resource. Continuing strong learning and development programmes is important and we have a HR team to support on day to day people issues, hiring and leavers etc.
A handle on managing costs, supporting the senior team to best manage client service levels and regular check ins with Head of Finance is also part of the role.
Setting up a system for regular contact with founders and ideally setting in place roles and responsibilities. Contact with non-exec Director will be supporting new MD and acting as senior support and counsel.
Contact me immediately if you or somebody you know is suitable for this role.
Please note due to the high volume of applicants if you have not heard from one of us here in team London you have unfortunately not been selected on this occasion, we may be in touch in the future with other opportunities
