This one’s a bit different: We have an AMAZING opportunity for a PR person to join Wonderland and work on secondment with one of our brilliant clients, an iconic toy company with multiple beloved and exciting brands, in what’s effectively an in-house role.
Your day to day will be spent as part of our client team at their HQ in Slough, with ongoing support and regular mentoring from the friendly, experienced Wonderland team. This role is a fantastic chance for someone looking to get big-brand, European-wide experience under their belt.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Support the growth of the consumer products business by elevating b2b comms Lead and execute hight profile consumer PR campaigns for important CP deals Help develop EMEA wide comms strategy for consumer products team Develop & implement learnings from campaigns across the PR function Partner with regional PR teams on large campaigns & press office activity Execute B2B profiling in industry including LinkedIn lead generation campaigns
ABOUT YOU:
We’re looking for the following:
- Degree educated (or equivalent relevant experience in PR) 2+ years’ in-house PR and comms experience (ideally across a mix of both B2C and B2B) Outstanding writing skills A natural and diplomatic communicator, both verbally and in written comms Digital savviness A self-starter who can work independently but also as part of a team, with great organisational skills and the ability to multi-task A genuine interest and passion for media
It’s a bonus if you have worked in corporate partnerships before and also if you have experience in the toys, games, or entertainment industries. We’d also consider candidates from a PR agency background if they can tick all the other boxes.
