Investment Proposition Communications Manager

This is a one-year Fixed Term Contract Investment Proposition Communications Manager opportunity. You’ll have shared responsibility for the accurate articulation of Nest’s investment proposition to internal and external audiences. This includes managing the relationship with other Nest teams like the contact centre and customer engagement teams to ensure the Nest investment proposition is accurately represented across all platforms and touchpoints. You’ll be responsible for key areas of investment content and performance data delivered via a range of reporting methods and creative campaigns. This includes responsibility for the quarterly investment reporting process including briefing and quality assuring supporting collateral such as video and social media assets, as well as commissioning, editing and writing white papers and thought leadership pieces that enhance our reputation as a leader in pension investments.

You’ll be a key liaison between the investment team and other teams within the organisation ensuring accurate and timely responses to internal and external stakeholders and creative support on customer engagement activity that is based on Nest’s investment proposition.

You’ll be managing and leading on the corporation wide investment training schedule, and helping to deliver various communications strategies across multiple channels, deployed in an accurate and timely manner.

You’ll also be involved in desk research and be responsible for monitoring Nest internal data on members and customers, exploring new fund offerings from managers and writing supporting papers, to support the development of our investment proposition within the investment communications team.

Reports directly to the Senior Investment Communications Manager.
