THE BUSINESS

Tritax Management LLP is a fund manager specialising in logistics real estate.  We have built a highly successful property team based in Mayfair, London, with an excellent track record in commercial real estate investment, development and asset management. Our core property and fund management teams are supported by highly experienced finance, legal, marketing, compliance, investor relations professionals and  support staff.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This role will report directly to the Director of Marketing and Communications. This is a varied role suited to someone with a positive attitude who is passionate about content.  As a small, friendly team, there are different projects to get involved in and you will be given autonomy to run some of these.  We are looking for someone who can think strategically and creatively to help deliver a thoughtful and proactive communications programme. This would include having some ownership of the social media strategy, generating ideas and seeing them through to execution – from corporate videos, to more targeted campaigns. It is also an opportunity for someone who enjoys writing to turn their hand at a blog, press release, awards submission, script, presentation, advert or something more creative.  You would work across the business and its four funds making the role varied (in content and level of work), liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

KEY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

We are looking for someone with:

  • A positive outlook who has a desire to hit the ground running and get involved in a busy, but very friendly, team
  • An ability to take the initiative and be proactive, coming up with new ideas and problem solving
  • Good verbal, written and creative skills, as well as an eye for detail
  • An understanding of different audiences (internal and external) and an ability to use different tones and channels to resonate with them
  • Excellent organisational, time-management and planning skills as there are times when you will be managing multiple projects and will need to multi-task and prioritise
  • Strong knowledge of social and digital media channels with an ability to write content relevant to different stakeholders
  • Confident in using Outlook, Microsoft Office, Canva and other design tools

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

The role will be varied and may evolve according to the skillset of the candidate. 

Core parts of the role will include:

  • Leading on the day to day co-ordination of areas of the marketing / comms strategy
  • Recommending and implementing proactive comms/marketing initiatives that protect and enhance the company's brand and that of its funds
  • Driving forward a proactive digital strategy, creating new content (video, infographics) and providing recommendations on new initiatives to increase engagement with our social channels
  • Reviewing and producing written content including press releases, articles, scripts, briefing papers, quarterly reports, presentations, infographics etc.
  • Supporting the Investor Relations team around the planning, logistics and delivery of results and annual report, including communications content such as videos, webcasts, fact sheets, media plans, scripts etc.
  • Helping to organise events and related comms, from smaller lunches to larger site visits, roundtables, media meetings and other activities
  • Helping design brochures and other marketing collateral
  • Supporting management of internal and external websites to ensure they remain accurate and current, whilst increasing engagement
  • Identifying relevant awards opportunities and writing submissions
  • Identifying relevant conference opportunities, submitting entries and managing participation, briefing packs and agendas
  • Helping maintain the Group’s photography and video library, including organising new content
  • Managing external suppliers and identifying new ones
  • Undertaking ad hoc research for the business and helping on projects
