Job Details
Wild Card is looking for an experienced Senior Account Director to join the team. The successful candidate will lead a portfolio of clients across the FMCG, luxury & lifestyle, entertainment and sustainability industry sectors, where objective and strategic consultancy will be provided. The delivery of commercially strong client delight will be your focus.
The successful candidate will have experience across all elements of the PR matrix, leading comprehensive campaigns across PR, digital and influencer marketing, owned channel community management, trade outreach and experiential activations. You’ll offer creative and innovative responses to client briefs, as well as executing the campaign with exemplary skill.

Job role description:
Responsible for leading the planning and delivery of client delight and KPIs within budget
Proactively plan and develop strategies, providing direction to both the client and the Wild Card team
Driving the strategic planning process to ensure that plans integrate with overall marketing activity
Be skilled in presenting plans at client and team meetings, both across the current client base and at new business pitches
Have an active understanding and awareness of issues, marketing objectives, technology and products, in order to provide strategic planning and counsel to the client and media
Be responsible for all client and new business budgets, staffing and servicing levels, and overseeing profitability levels at the agency
Lead team and client account review meetings to ensure superior standards are maintained
Motivate and lead the team by example, nurture the wider Wild Card team, and support in developing the team skillsets
