Are you a dependable, creative and hardworking graduate or aspiring comms professional with a flair for design and an interest in learning the ropes of PR in the international travel industry? Then we’d love for you to join our friendly team!

As well as working closely with your account manager to deliver global PR campaigns and programmes to your key clients within the airport space, you will also be responsible for providing design support across Templemere’s full client portfolio.

A great mix of team and independent working, this role has considerable scope for development for an enthusiastic and loyal candidate looking to become involved with a boutique agency at an exciting time in its growth.

If you are exceptionally organised and have an eye for design, then this is for you.

Key responsibilities

  • Assisting in the creation and delivery of PR campaigns – working globally across a number of client accounts within travel
  • Creating social media graphics
  • Editing video content for social media channels and press distribution
  • Editing and designing comms materials such as newsletters and one-pagers
  • Assisting with the management of social media channels for Templemere and our clients (across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and TikTok)
  • Drafting and issuing press releases and other media material
  • Managing media monitoring services and producing media coverage summaries and analysis
  • Liaising with media
  • Building media contact lists

 

Experience and skills required

Personal specification – essential:

  • Confident in creating and editing in Canva and PowerPoint, and editing editing video content
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional organisation skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Interest in the travel industry

 

Personal specification – desirable:

  • Confident in Adobe InDesign
  • Working knowledge of foreign languages
  • Qualifications involving design, PR or communications
  • Experience in corporate communications or B2B PR
  • Experience and understanding of social media communications

Location
Our office on Eccleston Square, next to London Victoria station. Option to work from home Mondays and Fridays.
