This is a unique opportunity to join an independent agency, specialising in reputation, corporate and political communications as the lead of the London business.

Our client is a small consultancy but with large, blue chip and issues rich clients. They have a presence in both London and Brussels across numerous sectors from Tech and Energy to Food and Agriculture and work in a really blended way, ensuring the best and right people are working on the right clients, despite geography.  They are looking to the next phase and as such, keen to find the right person to help manage and grow the agency moving forward.

You will need to be both Hunter and Farmer. It’s important that as the leader of the business, this person can seek out new business opportunities, utilise their network and help to build the business while at the same time, nurture the client base and of course, the team.

It may sound obvious to say that you need to be hungry for this. You need to have an energy about you; leading an agency and helping it to grow is not for the faint hearted. We want someone at the top of their game with a passion to help put this agency on the map and add value at every opportunity. And of course, success always reaps rewards.
