The Opportunity for the Associate Director role

One of London's leading integrated comms agencies is looking for an experienced and commercially savvy Associate Director to join its PR team. This role will sit at the helm of its travel division, helping to grow & nurture the agency's PR portfolio of travel & hospitality clients. This is a brilliant, senior opportunity - to join an established agency with a brilliant roster of existing clients, whilst having the scope to shape a team and division of your own. While this Associate Director will work on the PR team, as an integrated agency, you'll get the backing of a marketing, strategy, insights and creative specialists behind you.

Salary & benefits

This Associate Director role pays up to 70k DOE. Additional benefits include health insurance, hybrid working and flexible hours.

The focus of the Associate Director role:

The primary focus of this role will be senior level client servicing for the travel division, alongside new business. This will include managing teams to deliver excellence and meet KPIS, as well as setting strategy to grow the travel division's P&L and delivering on this. As a boutique agency, new business will involve lead generation, as well as overseeing the pitch process throughout.

The ideal Associate Director candidate:

This role is best suited to someone who has an established track record of working on premium hotel and hospitality clients, but broader travel &tourism experience would be welcomed. Ideally you will also be a confident at new business, and someone who enjoys networking and managing a pitch process. Please note this is a Public Relations role so candidates from marketing or other related industries will not be considered.
