The Role: Director 

Salary: Up to £130,000 + Bonus.

Location: Central London, 2/3 days on site. 

You will be:

  • Leading by example, fostering a thorough understanding of each client’s business within the team.
  • Manage multiple account teams to deliver work within allocated budgets, ensuring the highest standard of service delivery.
  • Provide expert client advisory services and oversee day-to-day PR operations.
  • Mentor and develop junior colleagues, nurturing their skills and fostering growth within the team.
  • Getting involved in new business and growing out already established accounts. 

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience within the Fintech/Financial services space is essential.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in client management, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Proven track record in new business development and a proactive approach to growing accounts.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and manage multiple teams effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with senior clients.
  • A passion for technology and a keen understanding of the Fintech landscape.
