Account Manager/ Senior Account Manager- A global strategic communications firm specialising in reputation and crisis management

Our client  a fast-growing strategic communications firm. They manage the reputations of leading companies, political organisations and private individuals and families, navigating the world’s most complex communications challenges. They support senior leaders to understand and respond to rapid geopolitical, societal and technological change.

Job Purpose:

1) To provide support and assistance across clients to ensure that day-to-day handling and administrative requirements for particular clients are met.

2) In addition, to provide: press and political monitoring; additional research capability (from desk-top research and third-party sources); and to assist in the drafting of advice notes.

Key Tasks:


• To assist with the delivery of specified tasks for assigned client accounts effectively; promoting trust and confidence in the relationship with the business


• To help in the production of key account documents for Associate and Account Directors as required (advisory/briefing notes; media engagement outputs; briefing reports; speeches; and presentations);


• To contribute to and initiate new ideas and fresh thinking on client communications strategies and tactics;


• To draft written materials for clients as required (e.g. articles, speeches, op-eds, press releases);


• To oversee and supervise junior members of the team


Experience of working with clients in the Middle East would be useful


Languages would be beneficial: Mandarin, Arabic, French, Spanish etc
