They will ensure a consistent ‘red thread’ throughout all communications, coaching key stakeholders to align with the organization’s strategic pillars.

Key Duties:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Communications to develop the forward-looking communications master plan grid.
  • Lead the creation and promotion of strategic and programmatic work across press, social media, internal assets, and events to influence and build advocacy with external stakeholders.

  • Provide thoughtful media counsel and media training to senior leaders and spokespeople.
  • Identify opportunities to improve content performance and delivery, implementing ideas and sharing best practices.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company in all professional interactions, both internally and externally.

Essential Experience:

  • Proven ability to deliver a holistic communications and engagement function across multiple programs.
  • Experience coordinating and executing projects and events within set budgets, with a strong focus on quality and follow-through.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with team members, partner organizations, senior-level officials, and influencers.
  • Agility and enthusiasm to adapt to various business areas and topics, with experience managing sensitive issues and crises.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative flair and the ability to translate technical content into engaging campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to solve problems with sound judgment and analysis, often under tight deadlines.
  • Capable of working independently, within a team, and leading others.
  • Strong commercial focus with external awareness of market, industry, and regulatory issues.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and energy, contributing to the team’s success.
  • Willingness to adopt a solutions-based approach to day-to-day delivery.
  • Commitment to developing and embedding skills to support a holistic communications approach.
  • Ability to maintain a thoughtful and purposeful approach to delivering communications that enhance the company’s brand, even under pressure.
