Location:Central London
Salary: £37,000 - £42,000
Hybrid Working: Flexible – Most of the team come into the office once a week, with some attending more regularly

A leading global esports and gaming communications agency is seeking a talented and passionate Account Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with significant consumer PR experience, particularly in gaming, tech, or lifestyle sectors, who is ready to take on more responsibility and contribute to high-profile campaigns in the gaming and esports world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage PR campaigns for top-tier gaming and esports clients, covering B2B, consumer, and corporate communications.
  • Develop and execute strategic, creative PR plans that elevate client brands, drive media coverage, and engage gaming communities.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with clients, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard.
  • Oversee media outreach, securing coverage in top-tier outlets, and maintaining relationships with key journalists, influencers, and industry contacts.
  • Collaborate with clients on product launches, events, influencer partnerships, and press materials to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on media relations, campaign strategy, and client management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven experience in consumer PR, ideally within the gaming, tech, or lifestyle sectors, with experience in a large agency setting.
  • Passion for Gaming: A genuine passion for gaming and esports, with a deep understanding of the gaming culture and industry trends.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute campaign strategies, manage multiple projects, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to craft compelling content and maintain strong media relationships.
  • Leadership: A collaborative approach with experience leading projects and guiding junior team members.
  • Experience Level: At least 2-3 years of account management experience in a PR agency environment.
